Domain statuses

This is the standard status for a domain, meaning it has no pending operations or prohibitions. A domain name is active, thus capable of hosting web pages, e-mail or name servers.

You can ask your registrar to enact status restrictions, like ‘client Transfer Prohibited’, ‘client Delete Prohibited’ and ‘client Update Prohibited’, thereby preventing unauthorized transfers, deletions, or updates to your domain.

This status code indicates that delegation information (name servers) has not been associated with your domain. Your domain is not activated in the DNS and will not resolve.

If also RGP status Add Period is present domain name can be returned and de-registered.

A domain is being quarantined for 30 days as it has either expired or been set to be deleted. During this period none of the Internet services (e.g. website, e-mail) linked to the quarantined domain name, is functional.
